RESERVING & RENEWING ITEMS

• Click “Inventory” to begin browsing, and do check back often as new additions to our collection roll in (pro tip: follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get the sneak peek into our latest item additions and to learn more about special member offers).
• Reserve up to your item limit (1, 3 or 5 items) at a time. Members have the option to choose delivery-based or in-person swaps. 
• Browse & swap in person at our warehouse in Malden. Visit our warehouse during member-only open hours to browse and swap in person.
• Make sure to click “Submit Reservation” to complete your reservation, after you’ve chosen your items and entered your borrowing period. You’ll receive an email from us confirming your reservation.

GETTING & RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

• We'll contact you to confirm delivery within 24-hours prior to your scheduled item delivery/pickup date.
• If you don't want to part with your item(s) yet, consider renewing online, reserving it again for the future, or asking us about the possibility of purchasing it.
• If you’ve reserved a particularly large item, we'll connect with you to make sure you're home to receive it or that there is a safe place to leave it without risking potential injury or theft.
• Look for emails from us confirming your reservations and reminding you when your return date is approaching. 
• Please inspect your items when you receive them and before you return them. Children must be supervised at all times.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS & INQUIRIES

• Not in the mood to select items? As part of your membership, you have the option to choose your own items or let us do this for you. For the latter, select the “123, Surprise Me” option to tailor a reservation specific to your child(ren)’s age and stage.
• Have a special occasion coming up? Whether you’re celebrating at home or need a private event space, members receive 10% off all Party Packs and private event rentals at our warehouse space! Submit a Party Pack Form today!
• Want to borrow more than your item limit at once? Either contact us directly to reserve more than 3 toys or simply add them in as a separate reservation and we'll connect with you to confirm the additional fee.
